Xcode Version For El Capitan Posted on by admin Xcode Ver Install Support macOS Ver Released notes; 12 Beta: 10.15.4 ( Catalina ) 以上: June 22, 2020: iOS 14, iPadOS 14, macOS Big Sur, tvOS 14, and watchOS 7. El Capitan Xcode Version 7.0 VMWare Tool is a tool that allows you to manipulate between 2 Windows that you are running and Mac OS that you are running on VMWare, such as copy & paste the files,. And now you need to install it. The El Capitan install wiped out my Xcode install, so I had to search for it in the App Store and reinstall. I now believe that I deleted Xcode awhile ago and forgot, hence the reinstall. I did this on a machine that I rarely use.
Development Tools and Libraries
CRAN R 4.0.0 builds and higher no longer use any custom compilers and thus this directory is no longer relevant. We now use Apple Xcode 10.1 and GNU Fortran 8.2 from https://github.com/fxcoudert/gfortran-for-macOS/releases.For more details on compiling R, please see alsohttps://mac.R-project.org/tools/Previous tools

Xcode Version For El Capitan
The following is provided as support of older versions of R. If you use R 4.0.0 or higher, please disregard and read the top section.R 3.5.0-3.6.3 El Capitan binaries and higer were using more recent Clang compiler and GNU Fortran 6.1 to provide OpenMP parallelization support and C++17 standard features. If you want to compile R packages from sources, please download GNU Fortran binary from the official GNU Fortran Binaries page - in particular OS X 10.11 gfortran 6.1. Alternatively, we are providing a copy here as well as Clang binaries for OS X 10.11 and higher - see below for the download links.
Files:
clang-8.0.0.pkg (OS X 10.11+, signed, 64-bit) MD5-hash: 664582b0722cb59802cb762b2ad7548b (ca. 482Mb) | Clang 8.0.0 for OS X 10.11 and higher, release build for x86_64, signed package, installs into /usr/local/clang8. To be used with El Capitan builds of R 3.7.0 and higher. It is an installer version of the official LLVM released binaries only modified to use the path above. |
clang-7.0.0.pkg (OS X 10.11+, signed, 64-bit) MD5-hash: cef3fd2a5c165d00f9941f64ea4024f7 (ca. 463Mb) | Clang 7.0.0 for OS X 10.11 and higher, release build for x86_64, signed package, installs into /usr/local/clang7. To be used with El Capitan builds of R 3.6.x. It is an installer version of the official LLVM released binaries only modified to use the path above. |
clang-6.0.0.pkg (OS X 10.11+, signed, 64-bit) MD5-hash: c29700c4e7b2914073ef7e741eb105bc (ca. 418Mb) | Clang 6.0.0 for OS X 10.11 and higher, static build for x86_64, signed package, installs into /usr/local/clang6. To be used with El Capitan builds of R 3.5.x. |
gfortran-6.1.pkg (OS X 10.11+, signed, 64-bit) MD5-hash: 201026216e8b373d9cd2efc0cc474bb8 (ca. 73Mb) | GNU Fortran 6.1 for OS X 10.11 and higher - a copy from GFortranBinaries pages for x86_64, signed package, installs into /usr/local/gfortran (identical content, re-packaged to a flat Installer package and signed). To be used with El Capitan builds of R. |
The following binaries are obsolete and only provided for historical reasons | |
gfortran-4.2.3.pkg (OS X 10.5+, signed, 64-bit driver) MD5-hash: 8783f803038abe6487a362ad5b8995ea (ca. 27MB) gfortran-4.2.3.dmg (OS X 10.4, 32-bit driver) MD5-hash: 9551fc46f55537dd1db581154daf27ef (ca. 27MB) | Universal GNU Fortran 4.2.3 for Mac OS X 10.4 and higher. It is necessary in order to build R packages from sources that contain Fortran code. Unlike many other builds, this is a fully universal build of GNU Fortran that uses Apple's driver and supports all target architectures (i386, ppc, x86_64 and ppc64). As such it fully supports compilation into fat files like gfortran -arch i386 -arch ppc -arch x86_64 -arch ppc64 t.f -o ton both Intel Macs and PowerPC Macs (32- and 64-bit). Dependent libraries are fat as well, avoiding problems known from other Fortran builds (such as those from HPC). It installs in /usr/local and comes with an uninstall-script. |
tcltk-8.5.5-x11.pkg (OS X 10.5+, signed) MD5-hash: e7c406d91762ffdc4539b23c5b5a3ab4 (ca. 9MB) tcltk-8.5.5-x11.dmg (OS X 10.4) MD5-hash: c32dda1b9f2c2776a02cec4e03befc76 (ca. 9MB) | Universal build of Tcl/Tk 8.5.5 for X11 (32-bit and 64-bit). This library is necessary in order to use the tcltk R package (for R 2.8.0 - 2.15.3 only!). It installs in /usr/local. Requires Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) or higher for 32-bit R and Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) or higher for 64-bit R. NOTE: R 3.0.0 and higher comes bundled with Tck/Tk 8.6.0 so you do not need this package |
For other (optional) 3rd party libraries for development see http://mac.R-project.org/libs/. The devpack has been superseded by those libraries. For R you may want to download and install libpng, libjpeg, readline, freetype, fontconfig, pixman and cairo.
Source code for all 3rd party libraries can be found at http://mac.R-project.org/src/
The dependency libraries used by the CRAN macOS build system are now managed by build recipes. Package authors wishing to add static dependendies can create a pull request to add a dependency.

This directory contains binaries for a base distribution and packages to run on Mac OS X (release 10.6 and above). Mac OS 8.6 to 9.2 (and Mac OS X 10.1) are no longer supported but you can find the last supported release of R for these systems (which is R 1.7.1) here. Releases for old Mac OS X systems (through Mac OS X 10.5) and PowerPC Macs can be found in the old directory.
Note: CRAN does not have Mac OS X systems and cannot check these binaries for viruses.Although we take precautions when assembling binaries, please use the normal precautions with downloaded executables.
Package binaries for R versions older than 3.2.0 are only available from the CRAN archive so users of such versions should adjust the CRAN mirror setting (https://cran-archive.r-project.org) accordingly.
R 4.0.4 'Lost Library Book' released on 2021/02/15
Please check the SHA1 checksum of the downloaded image to ensure that it has not been tampered with or corrupted during the mirroring process. For example type
openssl sha1 R-4.0.4.pkg
in the Terminal application to print the SHA1 checksum for the R-4.0.4.pkg image. On Mac OS X 10.7 and later you can also validate the signature using
pkgutil --check-signature R-4.0.4.pkg
Latest release:
R-4.0.4.pkg (notarized and signed) SHA1-hash: 0b2b3bc846f6ebc72a8bc0b53e6e85d600d95deb (ca. 85MB) | R 4.0.4 binary for macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) and higher, signed and notarized package. Contains R 4.0.4 framework, R.app GUI 1.74 in 64-bit for Intel Macs, Tcl/Tk 8.6.6 X11 libraries and Texinfo 6.7. The latter two components are optional and can be ommitted when choosing 'custom install', they are only needed if you want to use the tcltk R package or build package documentation from sources. Note: the use of X11 (including tcltk) requires XQuartz to be installed since it is no longer part of OS X. Always re-install XQuartz when upgrading your macOS to a new major version. Also please do not install beta versions of XQuartz (even if offered). This release supports Intel Macs, but it is also known to work using Rosetta2 on M1-based Macs. Native Apple silicon binary is expected for R 4.1.0 if support for Fortran sabilizes, for experimental builds and updates see mac.R-project.org. Important: this release uses Xcode 12.4 and GNU Fortran 8.2. If you wish to compile R packages from sources, you will need to download GNU Fortran 8.2 - see the tools directory. |

Safari is the best way to see the sites on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Thanks to blazing-fast performance and industry-leading energy efficiency, hundreds of millions of users enjoy exploring the web with Safari. Take advantage of powerful new features, advanced developer tools, and cutting edge technologies in Safari to deliver the best-in class websites and apps.

Xcode Version For El Capitan
Apple Pay on the Web
Give customers an easy and secure way to make purchases in Safari 10 or later. Apple Pay allows customers to quickly pay without entering payment, shipping, or contact information on supported websites from their Mac, iPhone, or iPad. Because card numbers aren’t used and every transaction is confirmed with a fingerprint or passcode, Apple Pay is more secure than accepting credit and debit cards.
Picture in Picture
Now users can keep an eye on web video while they multi-task on Mac. Picture in Picture lets users float a video window from Safari over their desktop or full-screen app. Users can play video in any corner of their desktop and resize the window to see more or less of what’s behind it. The window stays put even if they switch desktop spaces. The default HTML5 video player in Safari automatically supports Picture in Picture. And if you use a custom video player, it’s easy to add a Picture in Picture control using the JavaScript presentation mode API.

Safari Extensions on the Mac App Store
The new Extensions category on the Mac App Store showcases Safari extensions, with editorial spotlights and top charts to help users discover and download great extensions from the developer community. Use Xcode to develop your extensions, with the option to get started using App Extension templates, and implement new capabilities using powerful native APIs and familiar web technologies. Xcode 12 supports the popular WebExtension API and includes a porting tool to make it easy to bring your extensions to Safari. And if you’ve already developed an app, you can give users access to your app’s functionality and content, right in Safari.
HTML5 and Legacy Plug-ins on macOS
To deliver faster load times, better battery life, and stronger security, Safari is optimized for HTML5, and will load this content whenever it is available. For websites that use proprietary formats, Safari supports the use of plug-ins such as Flash. In Safari 10, plug-ins are supported for websites where HTML5 is unavailable and may be enabled by users for each individual website. Users can choose to enable plug-ins for one session or every time they visit a specific website. For frequently-visited websites, enabled plug-ins will remain active. For infrequently-visited websites, plug-ins will be disabled.
Content Blockers on macOS
If you previously created Content Blockers for Safari on iOS, you can easily bring them to macOS. You’ll be able to distribute and sell Content Blockers through the Mac App Store. Just like the new Safari Extensions, Xcode makes it easy to create Content Blockers using App Extension templates.
Autoplay and Inline Video on iOS
To help users easily discover your video content, you can now autoplay videos and play them inline with other content on your webpages on all iOS devices. Safari supports autoplay on iOS devices for videos without sound, keeping down the number of distractions on the web.
Split View in Safari on iPad
Users can now view two websites at the same time on their iPad using Split View. Responsive Design Mode makes it easy to see how your websites will render in this view — just tap the iPad preview until it turns into a Split View.
Safari Technology Preview
Download Safari Technology Preview to get a sneak peek at upcoming web technologies in macOS and iOS and experiment with them in your websites and extensions.
